Orders and Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters production or fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you notice an incorrect size, item, or shipping address, contact us immediately at tamaashastudios@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our releases and the fact that certain products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences caused by screens or the garment-dyeing process
- Natural variations in washed, faded, or distressed garments
Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, email tamaashastudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping
Processing times vary by product and release. Estimated processing and shipping timelines are provided on the product page or during checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Tamaasha is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays are outside our direct control. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and your local post office. Contact us afterward, and we will do our best to assist. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
Preorders and Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be sold as preorders or made-to-order items. These products require additional production time before shipment. Estimated timelines will be listed on the applicable product page.
By purchasing a preorder or made-to-order product, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeline. Delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
International delivery times may vary, and customs processing can cause delays. Tamaasha is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
