We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, as all items are made to order.

Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Normal wear and tear
• Delays caused by the carrier
